Bio
Jada Lee is an independent R&B singer/songwriter based in Philadelphia, known for her melodic storytelling and emotionally grounded lyricism. Music has been woven into her life since before she was born—her mother recalls placing headphones on her pregnant belly as Jada kicked in rhythm to the sound.
Her musical journey began at age three and was nurtured through choir and praise dance in church, later earning recognition in competitive choirs and performance productions like Rock & Roll Revival. In 2014, she launched her YouTube channel, building an audience through soul-stirring covers before releasing her debut single, “Fall in Love with Me,” in 2016. That same year, she opened for Jazmine Sullivan at a charity event—an early milestone in her growing career.
In 2025, Jada expanded her catalog with standout singles “What Was The Reason” and “Pack It Up,” showcasing her range from neo-soul to contemporary R&B. She has performed at renowned venues and festivals including WXPN, The LadyBug Festival, and Dream Food Fest. A member of the Recording Academy’s 2024 class, Jada continues to solidify her place as a serious voice in modern R&B.
Her latest EP, Love Lives Here, explores love in all its forms—romance, boundaries, sisterhood, grief, healing, and emotional clarity. Through minimalistic production and sensual restraint, the project captures the evolution of love from butterflies to certainty, from softness to strength.
With each release, Jada Lee invites listeners into an honest, melodic world rooted in real emotion. For her, music isn’t a backup plan—it’s the calling she chooses daily.
